Hi all
Sorry I've not posted for ages. The news is I'm one year and six days on from my ATR (conservative). I've been pacing myself and started hill-walking again with some Wales, Corwall, Devon, South Downs and south west coast path walking in May and June.
In July I walked up Cadir Idris and Snowdon and last saturday August 15 I returned to Hampshire League cricket scoring 43 not out in a fine win and I even managed a few quick singles.
Keep on keeping on and remember slow but sure will get you there.
Best wishes to you all

Well done Noosh - 3 years OK for me now after complete rupture and op - still careful though - don't want that again
Site seems quieter these days - hope there are less injuries. Site kept me suffering from depression I'm sure - Thanks Paul. |
