Post subject: One Year On Reply with quote

Hi all

Sorry I've not posted for ages. The news is I'm one year and six days on from my ATR (conservative). I've been pacing myself and started hill-walking again with some Wales, Corwall, Devon, South Downs and south west coast path walking in May and June.

In July I walked up Cadir Idris and Snowdon and last saturday August 15 I returned to Hampshire League cricket scoring 43 not out in a fine win and I even managed a few quick singles.

Keep on keeping on and remember slow but sure will get you there.

Best wishes to you all

noosh

Well done Noosh - 3 years OK for me now after complete rupture and op - still careful though - don't want that again Sad
Site seems quieter these days - hope there are less injuries. Site kept me suffering from depression I'm sure - Thanks Paul.
