joined the atr club on the 8th april 2010 playing football, my 50th birthday 4 months away was going to hang the boots up, any way my treatment so far, went into hospital had the operation method was put into plaster toes facing down, next appointment was on 27th april only 2 wks and 2 days later,plaster cast was removed and 13 stitches removed, then i was fitted with a padded boot which has a dial fitted to it so that they can adjust the tension and angle of the foot,the angle is now set at 10 degrees , went to physio 3 days later took boot off to show me what i have to do at home , massage foot then move ankle back and forth must do this little and often. next visit 7th may they are hoping to adjust the foot to a 90 degrees angle,will let you all know how it goes[/i]
