I should probably investigate what is in the package. The only application I have used is Digital Photo Professional which is now on version 4. I use DPP4 to convert <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marfell.me.uk\/wordpress\/glossary\/\">RAW<\/a> files into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marfell.me.uk\/wordpress\/glossary\/\">JPEG<\/a> files. When I have read about DPP4 the reviews have said that it produces very good quality images so I am going to stick with it for a while yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am a fan of Open Source software, as a result I tend to use GIMP for image processing once exported from DPP. RAW processing can also be done in Darktable.
