The staff in the park have put <strong>Footpath Closed<\/strong> signs out and at one time had tape closing off the paths. I wonder what people think a sign saying <strong>Footpath Closed<\/strong> means? All sorts of things could be going through a person&#8217;s mind.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I see the sign but I am master of my own fate and take full responsibility for my actions (even though I don&#8217;t know the danger.<\/li>\n<li>I see the sign and realise I am taking a risk but I won&#8217;t get too badly hurt and I can then sue the Council<\/li>\n<li>School kids have been playing a prank<\/li>\n<li>The sign is only to let me know there might be a bit of water and my shoes might get wet<\/li>\n<li>I can&#8217;t hear any machinery\/saws\/diggers. If it was blowing a gale they might have thought about going a different way.
