I have been out a few times over the last couple of months with my camera and have been lucky enough to see Roe Deer at various locations.
The header image is of three of them walking along before jumping over a wall and disappearing.

Roe Deer
The first few photos are of Roebuck. I think it is dad telling son that it is time he left the family group and found his own area. The smaller one looked very unsure of itself, there was no clash of antlers and it soon turned and ran off.
The deer were not as tall as the barbed wire fence but they managed to clear it comfortably.
Some of the photos are fuzzier than I would like. You don’t need much distance for heat haze to mess with it.
